As a multicultural and bilingual (Spanish + English) psychotherapist, I am committed to provide culturally sensitive services to clients from all backgrounds. Furthermore, having a multi experiential background has also allowed me to celebrate idiosyncrasies within each person and value the intersections of different pieces of the human psyche which make up who we are. I see therapy as a safe place for all to be their authentic selves without any fear of judgment and encourage my clients to take space irrespective of cultural, ethnic, gender, religious, or any other type of affiliation. Throughout my professional experience, I have grown passionate to work with clients going through life transitions, clients experiencing relationship and/or interpersonal concerns, anger management difficulties, identity exploration interests, self-esteem challenges, and minority issues. I also have a deep interest in working with athletes, performers, young and seasoned professionals, and people interested in enhancing their level of insight about their way of thinking, feeling and acting. My background in clinical mental health has also included extensive experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
