Hola, I’m Anna Rodriguez (She/Her/Ella) and my practice’s business name is Bianey Counseling Services, PLLC. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and life coach in Texas. I currently work with first generation, high achieving adults who have ongoing challenges with putting their needs/wants first, struggle with anxiety, and/or trauma. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed, reduce self-doubt, and start helping you get back to living life. My approach in our work together is collaborative and strengths based. I have been in practice since 2016 and have experience providing therapy amongst Spanish-speaking populations. As a first generation Mexican-American Latina balancing my multiple identities was a struggle. I know the difficulty of navigating family expectations, language, and cultural barriers, all while learning about who you are. I, myself, have struggled with doubting myself, finding balance, and embracing all parts of me. My life experiences are what lead me to become the Therapist I am today.
