My name is Amanda Del Aguila, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have dedicated a significant part of my life to the mental health field with the desire to help others understand and accept themselves and am grateful for the opportunity to connect to those I work with in an authentic and genuine manner. I hope to provide a safe, secure, and nonjudgmental space to provide my clients the opportunity to explore and develop as a human being. I understand how difficult it is sometimes to be a part of this world, but we do not have to face our hardships alone. I strive to provide support in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss, and more. I hope to be able to provide the best possible treatment in a way that is customizable and that works for the clients I meet. I hope to build a collaborative, caring relationship where my clients feel validated, supported, and most importantly, heard. I am EMDR trained and am currently accepting new clients.
