I strive to provide inclusive and culturally diverse, intersectional therapy. It is my passion to support you in connecting with your inner wisdom and find deep healing so that you may move through the world with a strong sense of internal safety, belonging & dignity. My therapeutic approach is compassion focused and grounded in attachment theory using somatic therapies, mindfulness & creative arts to help you deepen your relationship with yourself and others. I completed Advanced Core Skills Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples at the EFT Center of Los Angeles and EMDR Therapy with Expressive Arts Part I. I am also Internal Family Systems informed and often incorporate creative journaling, sandtray work, and the enneagram. I provide therapy in English and I am able to communicate with clients’ parents, partners, and family members in Spanish.
