We are a blank canvas that is painted by our upbringing. However, we are the artist that determine how the final painting will look like. Whether you add more paint to the existing canvas or you get a new canvas. Sometimes artist experience artist’s block and may need some guidance from another artist. As a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, I am passionate about helping people explore their true colors and learn to express their authentic self. My focus is on helping people understand how their upbringing, particularly their relationships with their parents, shapes their development. As a Latina therapist, I am deeply committed to serving the Latinx and Hispanic community with empathy and understanding, drawing from my own experiences to provide culturally sensitive support tailored to your unique needs.
