A first gen (born in the states) bicultural, bilingual clinician of Central American and Caribbean upbringing who offers a modern integrative and relational approach to psychodynamic therapy. I blend in contemporary approaches with forward thinking strategies. Our therapeutic relationship will focus on fostering rapport and journeying through the landscape of life circumstances, bringing awareness to patterns and behaviors of your experience of the world.
Together, we’ll cultivate a space for inner and other growth, fostering strength, integration as you reclaim your STORY in a safe space.
