  • Welcome Message

Finding a therapist that feels right for you is important. I believe in co-creating a space that feels safe and authentic. My approach is founded on creating a trusting relationship that invites you to bring all parts of yourself into the space. Your culture, stories, body, fears, passion, feelings and gifts. All of you is welcomed. I work with individuals, couples and families who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns/cycles, feeling unsure about how to create change, and/or have experienced trauma. Wherever you are, is the perfect place to start. I offer a free consultation to connect and explore your needs and questions.

The body is essential to our healing. Whether you feel confused and frustrated by your body or want to deepen your relationship, we will take a collaborate and intuitive approach to befriend and support your body. I am a certified TC-Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY) Facilitator. I integrate TSY when appropriate and offer individual/small groups work.

My clients are people of color, LGBTQIA individuals, activists, first gen., immigrants, healers and front line service providers. I reserve a few sliding scale slots for making healing accessible. I offer sessions in Spanish/English. Telehealth sessions available. Outdoor walking sessions in Manhattan Beach and Long Beach locations.
