  • Welcome Message

Delving deeply into the complex experience of life, which may include trauma, with honesty and openness can feel frightening and exhilarating, and having a secure and compassionate bond with another is a helpful, if not vital, step forward in that journey. With experience of being on both sides, the client and the therapist, I have learned what a healthy bond can feel like and how to be fully present with another. My role as your therapist is being present for your journey. That may be of healing from the effects of trauma and shedding away that which no longer fits, such as people, places, situations and habits. It may be of settling into the here and now, as it is. It may also be a path of gentle curiosity and wonderment.

I have earned the professional title of Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and I prefer to integrate this work into treatment. You may learn more about Somatic Experiencing by reviewing information located at

I have extensive experience completing immigration evaluations (e.g., I-601, VAWA, U-Visa, Asylum). I have also testified in immigration and criminal court.
