  • Welcome Message

Bienvenidxs! I am Lupita and I am a first-generation Mexicana. My parents are originally from Cd. Juarez Chihuahua however I was born in Redlands and raised in Inglewood, CA. My passion stems from working towards decolonizing therapy and erasing the stigma on mental health. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am more than happy to speak to you and explain how I may be able to help or direct you to someone who can! I specialize in working with college-aged adults and young professionals struggling with career-related stressors and/or difficulties with navigating as a minority in the working world. People of color have struggled for many centuries and we continue to see some imbalances in "white collar jobs" and higher education. Imposter Syndrome also know as Imposter Phenomenon is a collection of feelings of inadequacy despite evident success. Sometimes as a minority, it is hard to recognize that you DO DESERVE a seat at the table and YOU DO DESERVE to be heard! Together we can work through the self-doubt, feeling of not belonging, and show you ways to grow as a confident and successful individual. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, and I also complete immigration evaluations for those in the Los Angeles area and neighboring cities. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my specialty or additional services.
