Hola! I'm Juriana, first-generation, daughter of Mexican immigrant parents. I was born and raised in the small town of Santa Clarita, CA. I specialize in interpersonal relationships, particularly; mother-daughter relationships, dating issues, and recovery of emotional trauma from narcissistic abuse.

In the Latine community it's often taboo to speak negatively about our mothers and if we do we are judged and riddled with guilt and shame. I provide a safe space to honor your feelings and work through the grief, anger, and complexities of the mother-daughter bond/wound. Having a complex relationship with your mother also impacts all aspects of your interpersonal relationships (romantic relationships, friendships, career). I help you process and go within to help you create a healthier relationship with yourself and those you love.

I'm warm, compassionate, and straightforward. My philosophy in therapy lies in integrating: mind, body, and spirit. I'm EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained, certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and an expert in the Recovery of Narcissistic abuse.

I also provide psychosocial immigration evaluations for immigration cases such as: U-Visa & T-Visa, Cancellation of Removal, Extreme Hardship, VAWA (domestic violence) and Asylum applications. I'm happy to discuss your needs and I look forward to speaking with you!
