  • Welcome Message

¡Hola! Hi and welcome! I want to congratulate you for taking the first step in recognizing that you may need support in the areas that you're struggling with (e.g., addiction, career, motivation, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, etc). Step two is finding a provider that you feel comfortable working with and developing a therapeutic relationship. If you are highly motivated to make changes in your life, then let's schedule a phone consult to determine if you would like to start working with me. I specialize in addressing four main areas: addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD.

Many of these issues coexist with other issues that you may be facing and we can address the complexities of your presenting concerns. I provide evidence-based treatments and use a multi-theoretical approach including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology.

I'm bilingual/bicultural and have a specialty in working with diverse and multicultural individuals. I have a special interest in working with entrepreneurs, creatives, Veterans, immigrants, first-generation college students, LGBTQ+, and other diverse groups. The last step in seeking therapy is making an appointment. Let's talk and see if we are a good fit!
