Ruthie Duran Deffley is a licensed clinical social worker and mental health expert with over 15 years of experience in mental health, trauma recovery, addiction, and relationship therapy. As the owner of a thriving private practice in Savannah, Georgia, Ruthie combines her dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Policy to offer a holistic, compassionate approach to mental health care.
