Speaker Bio

Sex, sexuality and relationships are often on my mind, each a significant role in my personal growth, and special elements in the most joyous moments of my life.

After 20+ years of living non-monogamously, I too am always changing, growing and facing new (and sometimes familiar) obstacles. I wish I had found more opportunities to openly share about it all from day one.

Drawing from my personal experience, I'm excited and ambitious about creating spaces and opportunities for others to engage with their full sexual loving self.

Monogamy vs. Non-Monogamy Reframing our conversations of Monogamy vs. Non-Monogamy to a broader and fuller conversation that expands our minds about intimacy and invites us to explore what intimate relationships can look like. Couples F*#kin' Privilege Monogamy centers and prioritizes couples and marriage. Non-Monogamy get's caught up in this too. A conversation about the who, what, when, where, how and why of couples privilege. Jealousy (& Other Difficult Emotions) Jealousy is such the buzz word associated with non-monogamy, and yet monogamy hasn't been free of jealousy either. It's easy to blame any relationship dynamic for it's presence, but where it's really worth considering is your relationship with your emotions. Taking a vulnerable approach to our emotional experiences can shift blame and judgement into empathy and compassion; making any relationship dynamic a viable option.
