Dr. Lisette Sanchez is a bilingual and bicultural licensed psychologist, speaker and leadership coach. She is the founder of Calathea Wellness Coaching and Psychological Services, Inc. Dr. Lisette is passionate about demystifying and destigmatizing mental health. Her goal is to empower people to be the best version of themselves. She enjoys working with BIPOC and first-gen professionals. Additionally, Dr. Lisette has a unique expertise working with founders, entrepreneurs, and creators.

Fun Fact: Dr. Lisette trained her cat, Louie, to walk on a leash. Her walks with Louie are integral to her wellness routine.
