Dr. Janice Elena Castro, a proud daughter of Peruvian immigrants and Maryland native, has transformed her experiences as a first-generation college graduate into a passion for empowering the Latine community. As a bilingual, bicultural Licensed Psychologist specializing in ADHD and Latine/x mental health, Dr. Castro combines her expertise with lived experience to deliver dynamic and engaging presentations.

Committed to destigmatizing mental health and celebrating cultural identity, Dr. Castro offers interactive and educational speaking engagements that address the unique challenges faced by the Latine/x community. Through a multicultural lens, she empowers individuals to embrace their mental health journey with resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of belonging.

Whether through keynotes, workshops, or panel discussions, Dr. Castro’s mission is to foster holistic well-being and to inspire others to build connections across communities, breaking barriers and promoting lasting change.
