Dayhana Ray is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and speaker specializing in Latinx mental health, trauma healing, and personal empowerment. As the founder of Rays of Light Wellness, Dayhana supports people who are navigating anxiety, trauma, self-worth and body image- particularly first-generation Latinas to overcome perfectionism and imposture syndrome to reclaim joy, creativity and confidence in their lives.

With a background in culturally responsive and trauma informed care, Dayhana brings a unique perspective to conversations about mental health wellness, inner child healing, and intersection of identity, spirituality, and self-worth. Dayhana is passionate about destigmatizing mental health within marginalized communities especially within the Latinx community. Her engaging and insightful speaking style makes her a dynamic presence on stage, whether addressing corporate teams, wellness conferences, or community groups.
