Are your intake and consultation call processes aligned with your values and the needs of your Latinx clients? In this group consultation, we’ll take a closer look at how we welcome potential clients into our practices—starting from that first inquiry.

We’ll discuss culturally responsive ways to revise and streamline your intake forms, consultation call questions, and scheduling systems so they reflect clarity, accessibility, and professionalism. This space is also an opportunity to share what’s been working in your practice, explore challenges, and receive support from peers who understand the unique context of Latinx mental health care.

Bring your current forms, scripts, or processes if you’d like specific feedback or ideas for improvement.

In this session, we’ll:

• Review and refine consultation call structures

• Explore best practices for intake forms and onboarding

• Share templates, language, and strategies that work for our comunidad
