Four weekend workshop designed for hermanas who led more of a parenting dynamic growing up and want to shift their relationship to a more balanced adult sister dynamic. Hermanas will:
Explore the roots of their relationship, including how family roles may have shaped their bond
Learn how to Communicate more openly
Set healthy boundaries
Rebuild trust through guided exercises and conversation
